Package wastewater purification system
s is based on extended aeration activated sludge system.
By the aid of microorganisms generated in the aeration tank,
organic matter is decomposed and converted to H2O and CO2.
Aerated wastewater is fed to the sludge settling
tank and treated water is fed to the chlorination tank through
weirs for disinfection. The settled sludge in the settling
tank is continuously pumped to the aeration tank to keep
sludge concentration at the right level. The tanks used
in treatment system should be epoxy coated carbon steel
or in reinforced concrete material . Either BT (reinforced
concrete) and ST (carbon steel) series package systems are
appropriated for small residential areas, hotels , holiday
villages, schools, factories and any applications for domestic
wastewater within the capacities between 50-700 person.
The systems should be designed parallel for capacity variations.
SYSTEM SPECIFICATIONS

All equipments are under warranty against workmanship
defects for one year,

Positive deplacement blowers are used in the treatment
systems,

Membrane diffusers are used for optimum aeration ,

Screen is located in the wastewater inlet for preventing
coarse materials to plug the system,
-
Piping material is epoxy coated carbon steel
-
Wastewater effluent is disinfected with chlorine.

Control panel is located in the control room, which
ensures automatically operation of the sewage treatment
system
-
Sewage effluent pumps and/or multimedia filtration system
are optional items.
